Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve been an enormous Pokémon fan. I became a person who really likes games because of Pokémon! I am a designer, seamstress, and cosplayer, and (as you just learned) REALLY love Pokémon, so I have a keen eye for good and interesting designs that fit this fantastic fandom.

Here is a variety of the best Pokémon shirts of all time to showcase, because our favorites vary so. I won’t be listing these shirts by gender because it’s a shirt…if it fits and you love it, it’s perfect.

Pokémon FRIENDS T-shirt

No one told you life was going to be this way. If you’re a friend of FRIENDS—and Pokémon—you’ll love this shirt (as one does). It’s very clever and showcases so many Pokémon. I also love this shirt! To be honest. I like the selection of Pokémon in the design and how many colors the shirt comes in. There’s also that famous logo…

Pink tie-dye Eevee T-shirt

If you’re like me, you love tie-dye. I mean, if I could have my whole wardrobe as tie-dye, I would. So this will certainly be a new addition to your daily wear. Plus, it’s Eevee and all the evolutions in their own colors, so you’re representing ALL the Eevees. (HotTopic has an all-pastel version that’s out of stock most of the time; if you want that one as well, keep an eye out!)

Squirtle T-shirt

A Squirtle monochromatic shirt? Yes, please! If you want a more fashion-forward casual look, all one-color/shade outfits are starting to come back in style. This shirt would be the perfect start for you to showcase that trend.

Mew and Mewtwo T-shirt

My favorite aspect of this particular shirt is that it goes up to a 3X! While not the most extensive size range possible, it is lovely to see inclusivity. Even more rare for size inclusivity: it’s cute! The tonal shades of this T-shirt are just adorable. As well, purple is always welcome.

Pokémon GO Team Valor button-up

Our first button-up! Look, we are all nerds here; that’s why I know you’ll understand my joy when I first saw those BUTTONS! They’re a perfect color match to the red on the shirt. Little details like that can make or break a piece of clothing (or anything, really).

This shirt, in red and black (so fancy), features white, red, and a somewhat red/pink print of Valor, the Gym logo, and Pokéballs. It’s a simpler print for a button-up but is also busy at the same time.

• I wish they had stuck to only red and white, and not the lighter red, as it distracts

Always Hangry T-shirt

If you love Morpeko and get hangry…just kidding, if you’re one of those. This Pokémon is adorably cute and also super angry. We all can relate; sometimes, we get hangry, too.

Pokémon Vintage Charizard vs. Blastoise T-shirt

This T-shirt is absolutely gorgeous! This vintage shirt has a beautiful design that takes elements from classic art and combines it with the playfulness of Pokémon. Even though Charizard and Blastoise are starter Pokémon and very famous, it’s not always easy to find them on shirts. The battle depicted is super cool and interesting to ponder.

Leafeon & Glaceon T-shirt

This weathered T-shirt is simple and classy and comes in a popular color. It features both Leafeon & Glaceon (in light blue and cream) with a surprise Eevee popping in on the back!

It gives a vintage vibe with the coloring of the shirt; it almost looks like homemade paper. This shirt is unusual in a good way…I love it! It’s a shirt you have to look a little closer at to find the details, which is not a bad thing.

Japanese Puzzle Power with Pikachu T-shirt

This shirt features a super-unique design, with Japanese writing, one that we don’t often see outside of Japan. The puzzle piece aspect is fascinating; I’ve never seen anything like it. Unlike the previous T-shirt, it is very bold without being bright.

Mothim Button Up

This long- or short-sleeve button-up can be extraordinarily customized, with different collars, pockets or not, embroidery, and options for casual, dress, and Hawaiian shirt types (also masks, bandannas, etc.!). This fabric reminds me of the 70s, with the color scheme and layout. It is designed so creatively! 

Note: There are MANY Pokémon patterns to choose from! I’m just partial to Mothim at the moment. This website features custom shirts, just the way you like them!

I Walked 10K for This? T-shirt

What a clever T-shirt! How far have you walked for an egg? Of course, this is nerdy, but I really like the font, as well as how the egg looks. It’s not childish, but the design is impressive: the thickness of the font matches the thickness of the line drawing of the egg.

Island Life Hawaiian Shirt

The vibrant blue color against the characters cavorting on the shirt makes everything stand out beautifully with this Hawaiian shirt. It’s not a color we often see on a shirt, and it’s gorgeous. In addition, there are so many different types of Pokémon that it’s truly enjoyable to look at.

Eevee Pokémon Greatest Hits T-shirt

The 1980s are here! You can tell that this is deeply inspired by one of the best times for gaming (and music!). This shirt has a cute design; the background colors don’t contrast against Eevee too much. She utterly stands out, as she should.

Pocket Snorlax T-shirt

I’m an absolute sucker for a pocket shirt where there is something in the pocket. Whenever there is something in a pocket, I’m ready to buy it. It’s adorable: the pocket itself is well-drawn (and not weird looking) and blends into the shirt very well. Plus, Snorlax.

This shirt is one of my favorites. The color scheme is beautiful and very well done. It almost reminds me of a logo from a random Paris cafe: it’s classy and understated. I also really like that it includes Eevee’s Pokedex number.
